Rental Process

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred dates, fill out an enquiry form, and receive instant confirmation via WhatsApp. You can either visit our boutique for a fitting or opt for doorstep delivery.
Our standard rental period is 3-5 days, which includes your event day plus buffer time for delivery and pickup. Extended rentals are available at additional cost.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak wedding season. For popular designs, earlier booking is advisable.
Yes, rental extensions are possible subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your return date to arrange an extension.

We offer fitting services to ensure your outfit is perfect. Minor alterations are included in the rental, and our expert tailors can make adjustments during your try-on appointment.
We carry a wide range of sizes from XS to XXL. Most of our outfits can be adjusted within 2 sizes for a perfect fit. Contact us with your measurements for specific availability.

Pricing & Payment

Our rental includes the complete outfit with all accessories shown, professional dry-cleaning before and after use, and a free styling consultation. Alterations for perfect fit are available at additional cost.
Yes, we require a refundable security deposit which varies based on the outfit value (typically 50-100% of the rental price). The deposit is fully refunded once the outfit is returned in good condition.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, bank transfers, and cash payments at our boutique. A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made 7+ days before the rental date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 72 hours.

Hygiene & Care

Every outfit undergoes professional dry-cleaning and sanitization after each use. We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure every piece is fresh, clean, and ready for your special day.
Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. For significant damage, repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit. We recommend handling the outfit with care and reporting any issues immediately.
No, please do not wash or dry-clean the outfit yourself. Simply return it as is, and we’ll handle all the cleaning professionally.

Delivery & Returns

We offer delivery services across major cities in India. Delivery charges vary by location. Visit our boutique in [City] for in-person pickup and fitting services.
Outfits are delivered 1-2 days before your event date. We’ll coordinate the delivery time with you. On return, we arrange pickup from your location on the agreed date.
